What To Expect at Your First Visit

Being well-prepared for your appointment will ensure that the doctor has all of the needed information to provide the best possible care for you. It also will help relieve any unnecessary anxiety you may be feeling. We look forward to your first visit.

   Gather Your Insurance and ID Information

   Bring your dental insurance card, a valid photo ID, and a list of any current medications so we can update your health history accurately.

   Arrive at Our Taylor, MI Office
